A few thoughts as we don’t want to get into the whole analysis of the BCS debacle.

*The Gators were overrated all year (so was Tebow), so this was not unexpected.

*TCU should be in the title game, not Texas.

*Florida coach Urban Meyer was taken to the hospital and treated for dehydration after the SEC championship. This has to be the first time a coach was dehydrated after a game. In other news, Nick Saban didn’t get dehydrated after coaching the same game.

BCS predictions:

Fiesta Bowl: Boise St. vs TCU – Boise State wins in a high scoring game. Boise State always wins. 32-31.

Sugar Bowl: Florida vs Cincy – Tony Pike torches the Gators. Tebow is mediocre. Cincy wins BIG 45-19.

Rose Bowl: Oregon vs Ohio State – Buckeyes can’t handle the Ducks’ high powered running game. Ducks win 34-16.

Orange Bowl: Iowa vs Georgia Tech – Tossup because both teams are good but not great. As an ACC fan, we say GTech wins 34-31.

BCS Title Game: Alabama vs Texas – Tide rolls with their bruising brand of SEC football. Bama wins the title game 24-23.
